I think Steve and Darcy are seen together by paparazzi while on a mission for SHIELD (because it is a well-known fact that Steve is balls at undercover work), and Steve is worried people will think he's a womanizer/think poorly of Darcy, so he casually recommends that they keep dating for a little while, and Darcy practically slams her palms down on the table like "YES! ...I mean, yeah sure that sounds good."
BodyswapI see this as a 'before they're dating' fic, where Darcy is working for SHIELD. Somehow [explaining how is almost its own fic] they get bodyswapped during a mission. I'm not sure who it would play out completely, but I have one really clear scene in mind of how Steve's walking down the street (in Darcy's body) and this groups of guys walks up and starts harassing him. Then Darcy shows up and uses supersoldier strength to scare them the fuck off and beat a couple of them to a pulp. Then when it's over she just ( ... )

MCU-esque!Amora bodyswaps with Sif and tries to sleep with Loki, who is confused as fuck, because it's been years since the events of Avengers and TDW and he's pretty sure Sif hates him, but he figures out what's going on, so he traps Amora and uses his magic to undo the switch (it would be pretty ambiguous how much of this is out of respect for Sif and how much of this is because he doesn't want to be in a compromised position before Amora). When Sif wakes up the next morning and realizes what happened, there's a lot of shame. Loki releases her, because he's too tired to fight, and she goes on her way. And under no circumstances do they talk about what happened and deal with the things they're obviously feeling, 'cause that's not how people roll on Asgard.

When they were young, I think Sif wanted to know what kissing was all about, and Loki was as good as anyone. He was really confused.
I was actually just thinking about a fic where, way back when, Sif basically decide she's old enough to have sex and lose her virginity and she comes to Loki and is like, 'hey, will you help me with this and tell NO ONE' and Loki, who's been crushing on her hard for a while, is like, '......... YES, IF I MUST. REMEMBER, I'M ONLY DOING THIS AS A PERSONAL FAVOR FOR YOU.'

Same here. Also, I like the idea that Frigga has been kind of treating her like a daughter-in-law since day one? And got her rooms at the palace when her family flipped out. And everyone thinks that she's doing it to set up Thor and Sif, but they are wrong.
I think the most they can hope for is that someday Loki is feeling a little more balanced and decides to set up shop and a stable home/s somewhere. Sif has ( ... )
