I don't hate Bucky, per se. I actually really like him in TWS, see all the cool places his character could go, and definitely, when I see him on screen, I'm like, "Yay Bucky!" And it's not fair to hate him, because, again, that's it's own level of shitty victim blaming ( Read more... ) -

I did, however, have the horrible epiphany that we might see a major (acknowledged) queer character on screen in DC's movieverse well before we see one in the MCU, if only because DC targets a slightly older audience.
I adore the MCU, but Ant-Man reinforced that there's something very...Comics Code Reborn about it ( Read more... ) -

However, on another level, I can appreciate how Ant-Man is kind of the quintessential anti-"Gritty Superhero Movie."
I MEAN, I still want bad things to happen to Scott Lang (in the "I like him" way, not the "I hate him" way), but that's also probably why I'm not in charge. -
Small Favor
Saw Ant-Man tonight, and as usual, I'm still parsing through my feelings, but I liked it enough that I will probably see it a second time to fully form my opinions. Since I paid $1.22 for my ticket, that makes seeing it again all the more feasible.

I actualy don't know anythin about Five Nights at Freddy's and I do NOT plan on playing the games, but I'm really digging a lot of the music that's come out of it.
The first one's a little dubstep-y for my taste, but I love the lyrics. And I really dig the female vocals/story arc in the second vid.

I saw Jurassic World a second time, and liked it WAY more than I did the first time (part of this was reading director's commentaries, nd seeing the intent of the movie more than what I would have done, and part of it was seeing it in 3D, which I normally hate, but WOW is it a bonus here.
