Surprising Body Affirmations
My apartment complex now has an on-site fitness trainer. CK is a resident who has worked out a deal with management whereby she can use the weight and exercise rooms to teach classes and do personal training, she gives other residents a nice discount off her usual prices, and the apartment can advertise having an on-site trainer. Book Recommendations?
I'm in need of an engaging, at least slightly escapist, satisfying novel to read. In moods like this I'm mostly drawn to fantasy, space opera and historical fiction.
Something along the lines of Guy Gavriel Kay, Lois McMaster Bujold, Jacqueline Carey, Anne Bishop, Sara Donati, Parke Godwin, Sean Stewart. . .

Obama Roasts Trump
I *love* this clip from President Obama's address at the White House Correspondents Dinner.
He roasts Trump (who is in the audience) and tweaks Fox news with a supposed "birth video."
