This chapter made me smile. FDR is just a beacon of light in all this misery. Oh, and sorry for not answering you earlier about the picture, my internet went dead D: And yes, of course I'll let you see it. You technically own it since its just fanart XD

But I was all like, "No America, don't hate Russia! He still loves you, no matter what he says!I bet he wanted to die inside for hurting you like that!" But then again, I'd probably hate that person too if I were in a similar situation. Though last chapter, Russia kind of got scared for a moment I think, because he seemed to kind of forget himself when he was teasing America about the coffee. Stalin would have killed him if he saw Russia slip like that.

That's kind of the thing, yeah. On some deep-down level, Russia may want to jump off a building for that scene, but there's no way America would know that. All America knows is that this person he loved and trusted TOTALLY TURNED ON HIM for no apparent reason. The kid's gonna resolve his cognitive dissonance somehow.

Woah, nice catch!

You brought in FDR~! Yayz! More historical peoples!

And hey, is it just me, or both Russia and America's boss seem to have a big hand on their country's opinions? And if I was just stating the obvious, sorry.

Poor America. Poor Russia too. Man, what's going to happen once the Cold War breaks out? Or just WW2? The tension between these two is slowly building up!!

No doubt, bosses have more influence over a country than any other single person ever could. I think the countries very much want to look up to them and believe in them, for the most part.

Oh yes, I made the right decision to convert to FDR/America.
Thank you thank you thank you for the interaction between FDR and America :D

America being fixated with communists <- BROKE MY HEART AGAIN
All the more reason for the time machine, damn you Stalin. Not only did you destroy Russia, America now went down the "FUCK YOU ALL. IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME" path.
And just the contrast between FDR and Stalin too... FDR was by no standard a perfect human, but he DID a lot for this country. I looked through some of Russia's history yesterday, and it was really... wtf sometimes.

The flip side of love is hate, huh? It makes me sad knowing that things will NEVER be the same again. Even if they apologize to each other, their relationship will just NEVER be simple and pure trusting again.

I was totally hoping for an opportunity to do this at some point. XD

God, I know, right? America gets a boss who's like a totally awesome dad to him, and Russia gets...Stalin. Way to lose the leader lottery BIG.

Man, way, WAY better with the last part 8D

And this shows awesome character development! Dun dun dun! Augh, man, the later parts and the... t____t Baw. Well. I can always imagine my fics to be like, the distant distant future or something. So I guess it's okay. We just have to go through the hard stuff first, huh.

Dude, seriously, I really like FDR. \o/

Thank you so much again for betas! I'm really glad you suggested I go back and rework the last part. =D

FDR is the man. That's just all there is to it.

FDR YOU ARE THE MAN!
He'll give America plenty of pep talks for like 3 terms. And he calls him by first name basis, which I find adorable here.
Also the ending is filled with foreshadowing ,which isn't funny, but you chose the perfect person to help develop America's character.

*high-fives for title*
