Life is happy!
3 days. I can't believe it still. In 3 days, I'm going to see D perform.
8 years of waiting are finally going to be paid off in 3 days.
And next year? Well...maybe things will finally work out for me. So much to finally look forward to. ^_^ -
First Thankgiving Away from Home...major success!
What the title says; I'm rather proud of myself. I managed to roast a turkey and make some side dishes without any major disasters whatsoever. I honestly don't understand the stress people put into the holiday season; it was so easy, I almost wondered if I was doing it all wrong because it seemed too easy. I hate my hometown...
...because you know the weather is too hot when the air-conditioning on full blast, have all of the blinds closed so the heat doesn't get in, have 3 fans turned on to maximum, you're hugging a giant frozen bag of edamame, and you're STILL sweating ( Read more... ) -

Yep, school is really starting to mow me down. After completely botching a mid-term, I decided it's time to get really crackin' on the schoolwork. I was working hard before, but I'm really starting to get down to work now I feel. Alice in Wonderland was awesome!!!
So...had a great evening yesterday. The daylight hours were filled with freaking out, praying for decent weather (alas, prayers were not answered), and massive amounts of studying >_<. But, I got to see Alice in 3D, so that instantly makes the day good ( Read more... )
