I'm sorry you had to deal with her. I'm really sorry we live in a culture where screaming and being mean gets you what you want, whether you deserve it or not. I'm glad that your manager and owner's wife yelled at her.

Oh man, that sucks. People suck. At least your superiors supported you. Be happy that you work in a job where people obviously trust you to do the intelligent thing, even if other people won't

that has got to be really really rough. i volunteered at the humane society adoption room in my town for a couple of years. but i finally had to quit because of school and allergies. for the most part things were good, but every now and then we'd get someone who wanted dogs for fights and things like that.
