In 2011, I turned 37 years old. I celebrated my 12th wedding anniversary. I seem to have formally declared myself an enemy of personal prosperity, totally avoiding, once more, gainful corporate employment in favour of bumbling around as a reporter.

I always love your pictorial sentiments, my mouse.
May 2012 bring us all more joy, stability, growth, and kindness in the face of our adversities.

It's an odd corruption of Facebook into my world that I read this and wanted to "like" it all. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. But I do like your summation of the year's wonders and I'm glad that in totum it has been good for you. Wish that we were a bit closer. Perhaps we can make it to Canada this summer-- if not, we'll schedule in some extra time this time next year...unless you folks wish to take a few days holiday on the Maine coast. :-)

These are all very good. You, sir, are a quite good photographer! I think I mentioned it when you first posted it, but the picture of the market in the rain storm (in Quebec City, was it?) is particularly fine. It's all nice and atmospheric, but I think it's the man in the orange that really makes it. Superb isn't too strong a word.

A happy new year to you, Mister Mouse! May it surprise you in all the best ways :)

Thank you! I really do need to develop some better sense of technique, though. Most of my photos rely on luck.

Happy new year to you and yours, Ms. Bunny!

I'm so glad this year proved so positive for you and your (expanding) family. All the best to you in the New Year (and all those to come).

Once again, I risk boring you by telling you how much I enjoy your photo-blogs! I'm definitely looking forward to another year of sneak-peaks into your life and doings!
