wow. I am coming to realize I have a lot of unresolved trauma from 10-15 years ago all the way up until recently.

I think I need to talk this out in order to move on.

I had some epiphanies and memories and verified them with a couple people. And I’ve begun realizing that I am free. I am so much more free than I’ve ever been.
