Ok, I must have missed (or forgot?) something in our prior conversations because I don't think I knew you teach and perform music.!!?*Where and when can I see you play? My mom's name is 'sujoy' so "Jesujoy of man's desiring" takes on a whole new meaning for us :-)

Sorry about the loss of your kitty friend. Somehow I suspect that mischief itself has not gone out of your life.

oh, and I'm doing the first 2 and last 2 Sundays at Bristol. I'll be bummed to miss you, but I completely understand not wanting to sacrifice 8 weeks of your life!

Hey Michi!

Sorry it took me a while to respond. I jumped straight into two funerals and Confirmation preparations this week. As for where you can see me play - every Sunday at Saint Paul the Apostle Church, usually at the 12:15pm Mass. I don't really have any kind of repertoire outside of church. I have played/sang at Faire, but nothing terribly formal. I'd like to make Jezzie her own CD of silly, bawdy songs, but I don't think it will happen this summer. I can be heard on the Consorte Bella Donna CD, "Shall We Play Barley Break," available through Steph Lewin if there's any copies left.

My parents are still reeling from the loss of their kitty, but they're getting on with it. I've called them 3 times this week. I hope they don't get too used to it, though.

We should meet somewhere and do dinner. Hopefully we'll have our patio up and running for a cookout by the middle of summer, but until then I suggest a warmer venue. You guys just live down the road - no reason to keep meeting in Evanston al the time!
