this week i managed once again not to kill myself. by which i mean i drove around the parking lot with my dad. it's pretty difficult to get into 4th gear there since it's so small and i have to go fast enough to feel like i'm going to crash out of the parking lot onto the highway. but otherwise fun

I agree...and yes it was Handel (a bit over-exposed, if you ask me).

The last week before break I got a splitting headache, and I never get headaches. I think the last time I got a headache I was 12. Huzzah to the weekend!

well, if it had to be over-exposed, at least it the picked a song that was good in the first place. it does seem to be everywhere now, like the nutcracker.

i think it might be the lack of sleep in relation to the break, or the return of vizza's magaphone voice that does it.
the last week before break is better known as the last two weeks before break squished into one. so no wonder you ended up with a headache.

we sang handel's messiah's hallelujah chorus last year in honors choir. it was actually fun, which is surprising because the abundance of hallelujah songs make for some dull latin repetitive ness

we listened to it in euro during the handel presentation. i never thought about the fact that it had come from an opera before, because i can't really picture large italian people singing it.
