Minato, I haven't been keeping up with my duties as of late due to having my chip removed. I also didn't know of the current situation concerning the civilian named Angeal. Having my powers sporadically force me into my other form has made it difficult to keep up with things.

As soon as I can keep my powers under control I'll continue my duties and help search for both men.
