If you are not at the hospital, stay hidden as best you can. Even here we are having trouble with them getting inside, and they seem to have no problem shooting anyone down. This is no game to them, they will kill anyone if they get the chance.

So it seems we have a thief on our hands. Or multiple ones.

Currently, from what I've gathered from people or heard over the communicators, the missing items are as follows:

• Photos of Maes Hughes' wife and daughter
  
• A wallet and photos from the frequency always_on_duty 
  
• A diary belonging to Chihiro
  
• A crown from the frequency lolighostgirl 
  
• A book from frequency spooktalk

Do we know what is causing this nonsense with the water yet?  Unless the Scientists are enjoying a good laugh at our expense, this hardly seems like their doing. Further more, has anyone been able to figure a way out of it yet?

I have arrived not too many days ago, for the second time, and I know the locations of the chips vary depending on many circumstances. Is the current location for those of my arrival known? Well that holiday has come and gone... but I suppose it served a good purpose for the people here. Even those who knew little of it or originally never celebrated it. A day of supposed joy and happiness, even here.
