A question for the doctors if I may.
I have arrived not too many days ago, for the second time, and I know the locations of the chips vary depending on many circumstances. Is the current location for those of my arrival known? If so, I would be interested in having it removed as soon as possible. With the trouble this city pours upon us, I would like to be ready when the time comes. [And it would. It always did.]
Also, I heard there is a "City Watch" in place. Who would I speak to about being a part of this? Unless there is no real process for helping, one just does? Either way, any information would be helpful.
