my summer projects:
read a few things (sky's the limit), continue to workout and do a perfect handstand with pushups, get my flat belly back or some of it, do some traveling (?) ... not important to me actually ... , do a few bon voyages satisfactory for the nxt few years, run/ swim something crazy ...

a physical goal
I'm teaching myself how to do front / back flips.
i'm hoping within a year I can do a few before i'm too old.
my training mainly involves just pullups, pushups, and not eating too much beforehand:)
