Байка про "20% урана" была придумана конспирологом Питером Швейцером в ходе работы над книжкой "Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich", выпущенной к выбором 2016. Проект был оплачен Робертом Менсером при посредничестве Стива Бэннона. Бэннон же снял по книжке фильм и привез его на Каннский кинофестиваль в мае 2016. Фильм провалился, но книга стала бестселлером.



Заодно Бэннон привез в Канны Майло Яннопулоса и устроил ему встречи на яхте Мерсера для планирования большой "войны".

In May, Bannon invited Yiannopoulos to Cannes for a week for the film festival. “Want to discuss tv and film with u,” he wrote in an email. “U get to meet my partners, hang on the boat and discuss business.”
The boat was the Sea Owl, a 200-foot yacht owned by the hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer, who is a major funder of Breitbart and various other far-right enterprises. That week, Yiannopoulos shuttled back and forth from the Cannes Palace Hotel to the pier next to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès and the green-sterned, “fantasy-inspired” vessel complete with a Dale Chihuly chandelier. The Mercers were in town to promote Clinton Cash, a film produced by Bannon and their production studio, Glittering Steel. On board, Yiannopoulos drank with, mingled with, and interviewed Phil Robertson, the lavishly bearded patriarch of Duck Dynasty, for his podcast.
“I know how lucky I am,” Yiannopoulos wrote to Bannon on May 20. “I’m going to work hard to make you some money -- and win the war! Thanks for having me this week and for the faith you’re placing in me chief. The left won’t know what hit them.”
“U just focus on being who u are-- we will put a top level team around u,” Bannon wrote back. “#war.”

But it usually gets done.”
Once that work has permeated the mainstream-once it’s found “a host body,” in David Brock's phrase-then comes the “pivot.” Heroes and villains emerge and become grist for a juicy Breitbart News narrative. “With Clinton Cash, we never really broke a story,” says Bannon, “but you go [to Breitbart.com] and we’ve got 20 things, we’re linking to everybody else’s stuff, we’re aggregating, we’ll pull stuff from the Left. It’s a rolling phenomenon. Huge traffic. Everybody’s invested.”

Hannity suggested Trump did not collude with Russia in 31 of his monologues, 51 percent of the total.
Hannity called for Mueller’s investigation to be terminated in seven monologues, 11 percent of the total. He called it a “witch hunt” 19 times.
Hannity claimed that Hillary Clinton is the candidate who actually colluded with Russia in 25 monologues, 41 percent of the total.
Hannity has regularly called for investigations into the perceived crimes of Clinton (25 monologues), Comey (17 monologues), and Mueller (seven monologues), among others.
Hannity’s top guest over the term of the study was Jay Sekulow, one of Trump’s personal lawyers for the Russia probe, who appeared in 37 episodes of the program.
