Puck had always assumed he would wake up early on the morning of September 1st and lie awake in bed for a few hours before it was finally time to get up. He didn’t, though. He never even got to sleep at all.
Not that it mattered, in the end, because Ma kept circling through the house like she was looking for anything he might’ve forgotten and giving last-minute instructions to Sarah’s babysitter, so when they left, it was pretty much the latest possible time they could leave and still reach the station before eleven. She must’ve driven fast to make up for it or something, because they parked at 10:35 and actually had time to look for a cart on the way in

30 Magic Moments- The Valiant Escape Attempt of a Very Brave Chocolate Frog (3/3)greenglowsgoldJune 2 2012, 17:42:56 UTC
Finn insisted that Kurt buy a chocolate frog before they closed the door and sat down again, this time with Kurt next to Puck so they could share lunch.
When Kurt opened the chocolate frog, it jumped straight out onto the wall, and Kurt leapt so high he nearly followed it, gasping in surprise. “It’s not funny,” he insisted when Finn and Puck doubled over with laughter, but they didn’t respond. Kurt just stuck his tongue out at them and then glared at the card that was left until Puck picked himself up enough to pluck the frog off the wall and return it to the box (which took two tries when it wiggled away from his hand and jumped another foot further).
Kurt stared at the frog for a good twenty minutes before he was willing to eat it, asking them over and over if they were sure it wasn’t going to jump again once it was in his stomach

I can't wait to see what house Puck gets sorted into. I know everybody thinks he should be in Slytherin but it would be cool if he ended up in a house no one thought he would be in... Hufflepuff LOL!

Should be included in tomorrow's drabble, I think! Sorting for everyone! And by everyone I mean these three boys and maybe a couple more will make an appearance.

Really loving this right now! I bet Puck is going to end up in Gryffindor, Kurt in Ravenclaw and Finn in Hufflepuff. It would be nice if one of them did end up in Slytherin though . . .

I have super-specific ideas on everyone's houses. I may later post on my journal explaining everyone's placement and my thought process behind it all, because I spent waaay too much time thinking about it.
