Naia called Grampa while she was sitting next to me at the computer, playing with my phone. I didn’t realize I had left it near her. As I was typing, I heard in the back of my mind a voice, but didn’t pay attention until I heard, “Is this NAIA?” and I spun my head around. She had the phone to her ear, smiling and listening. Wow, we've been in California a month already, and the engines are churning. After staying in Anthony Chabot campground for three days out of our month long reservation, Mom and Rich convinced us to stay here with them and save some money until we get our feet wet. Naia is an amazing traveler. She stays relaxed and patient in her seat for drastically long periods of time. In a lot of ways, she does better than both Dustin and I.
