So I've been playing Final Fantasy X-2 in lieu of working on the Pokemon B/W walkthrough for Psypoke, which I'm writing in lieu of working on homework, and then I find a birdlike fiend named Peregrine while grinding at the Calm Lands, and that reminds me that I've still only read Chapter 1 of Pyra's novel ( Read more... )

Finally just finished FFX, after logging a good 106 hours on the beast. When I first beat the game in 2004, it took me about 65 hours, but I did so much more in this file that the playtime was extended that much ( Read more... )

Just blew seven hours playing FF9, only to... do a bunch of sidequests involving Chocobos, friendly enemies and catching frogs for Quina. I'm pretty much done with the Chocobo sidequest and I threw a Diamond at a friendly Yan for fun and superboss-fighting profit, but I'm only up to about 55 frogs and therefore have a long way to go toward Quina's ( Read more... )

I've been gradually converting all of my old Livejournal entries to private ones because there's a lot of things that I wouldn't want potential employers, etc., to see anymore. Yeah, so... on disc two of FF9. I think it has a realistic shot to pass even FF7 and take the #3 spot on my rankings, despite being horrified from the "Six months since I found Vivi.
