Mad Men was epic this week, EPIC I TELL YOU.

I just watched the season premiere of Mad Men on AMC and have some serious things to say right now. ( Cut for spoilers and excessive amounts of squee. )

I went to visit a friend in Boston this weekend and crashed at her apartment. While I was there we went to see Inception and it was pretty fucking magical. ( Thoughts under the cut. There be spoilers here. )

I finished reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower today and really loved it. ( Cut for rambling. )

I signed up for villainny's Sex is Not the Enemy Fic/Art-athon. It's going to be a one-off challenge based on pictures from a blog of the same name. It's not fandom specific and looks like it'll be fun. (Do it.)

This past weekend BBCA aired Tennant's last Who episode. ( Spoilers for the End of Time (parts 1 and 2). )

I figured I should probably write up my feelings on Heroes 4x01-4x02 before the next episode comes out and this weird hour long break between lectures seemed like the opportune time. It's not like I was going to go to Student Health Services or do anything that a health conscious, responsible sick person would :s.

Word on the street is they're going to make a reboot of Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. Since I've actually reread some of the books this summer and rewatched the films already in existence I'm having a hard time picturing Robert Downey Jr. as Lestat.
