Side effects may include next-day drowsiness, dizziness, and headache.

I don't feel the drowsiness.  I DO fel the headache (think "hangover" type headache with the "pain on movement" that you get with a sinus headache) and there you go, there's the cause of my dizziness lately.

OK. That's 4 times taking Ambien, and that's 4 times waking up with a pretty intense headache. I did not drink anything but water and tea ALL DAY yesterday, and still I wake up with a headache that's a combination of a hangover and a sinus headache. My baby turns 15 today. No whimpering or whining about where is the time going, I enjoy talking to Tyler and spending time with him as he is now, as much as I did when he was a baby. Still busy, but handled it with smarts this time. Got grocery shopping out of the way early Saturday with snow coming in Sunday, helped mom, took Kelsey to work and picked her up, laundry/bills, and even managed to find time to do my yoga both Saturday AND Sunday. Saw the rheumatologist this morning - was lucky enough to be behind the first patient who it turned out was not well at all, so he was 30 mins late, and then I felt a bit rushed, but I was determined to discuss my concerns.
