And.............YES!!! Body pain is back. But you know what? It's almost welcome, becuase it's very weird to have the headaches and extreme exhaustion w/out the pain, makes me think there's more wrong with me than there is. (no comments please!! LOL

I think there are probably some very effective videos. The class helps because I do realize that the postures, if done correctly, should feel very natural - and I've realized the amount of tension in my body.
Overall, I can certainly recommend t'ai chi.
