Manip - Arthronus (Merlin's Patronus)

About the manip: Because the greatest sorcerer to ever walk the earth cannot have a simple animal for Patronus: he has Albion's best warrior.
About the AU: This is from my and aleniakalain's own Merlin/Harry Potter AU.
After Merlin looses his last friends and he's truly alone, he start suffer from depression. Crippled by it, he tries to find a magical way to protect himself from the pain he's feeling: his idea was to come up with a spell to cure depression but he instead got a defensive spell that protects him from everything that could worsen his depression.
All instinctively, since that is how his magic works better, Merlin has searched for Arthur as a mean to fight his depression; also, his favorite memories of his years in Camelot are of the first years, when everything was easier and happier, and that's why he got Prince Arthur.
The Arthronus is - as aleniakalain efficiently summed - some kind of draft of the original Arthur. He acts like Arthur would and moves like Arthur but isn't really Arthur. It's an Arthur, a copy, but it isn't the real one.
Merlin has taught this magic to another wizard, who then developed the Expecto Patronum and the Patronus. It's this wizard who came up with the name "Arthronus" for Merlin's "Patronus", because Merlin's is more powerful and doesn't have the limits a standard Patronus has.
Tec stuffs (aka Behind The Manip): AHAHAHAHAHAHA. Yes, insert hysteric laugh here. No, really, it was actually fun. The pic I used was ginormous and it was unexpectedly fun to cut Arthur out from his background, and place Excalibur instead of the original sword was funny as well. And yes, applying filters at random until I got a light effect? Funny. The hysterics started when I had to make a warrior of light turn into a Patronus: that wasn't really funny.
And then I had to resize. I hate resizing, but I had to because in the original size you could see the bad quality of the fire pics and the nebulae I used (they weren't bad quality, actually, but I had to over-scale them).
My computer might've hated me for this file: the original psd has been over 600MB, at some point, and weighted 1GB on the resources. XD
