I am having intense right lower back pain. I wonder if it's just from swimming on Sunday or if it's something worse than that. Of course when I start drinking the recommended amount of water I get pains around my kidneys. Thanks guys.

I'm enjoying my job in Peru, and doing my best to look busy so the engineers don't give me any work and I can spend all day writing emails. In case anyone hasn't heard, I've come down with strep throat. I was running a low grade fever pretty much all day on Saturday and when I woke up on Sunday and couldn't swallow I knew what it was.
