That's actually very interesting. I talked with a number of people at my local Best Buy and they all gave me different answers. At first someone said that there were legal issues and then later another person told me that they were going to "auction it off."

Now I wish that I had called Nintendo, lmao. I could've had the most awesome dorm room ever.
