Oops! (Don't Worry, This Isn't Entirely Pointless)
Firstly, that last journal entry wasn't supposed to be posted here... Yes, it was a mistake, and I am now thoroughly embarrassed. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
Secondly, I recently was able to acquire an interesting piece of memorabilia for Professor Layton, thanks to some inspiration from the community, here! I can't recall whom, yet someone posted a journal about the cardboard stand-up of the Professor at Best Buy, and the story of their taking it home... Well, after some negotiation, I was able to get one, too~!! ^^ It's wicked awesome... Yet you wouldn't believe how much trouble they gave me, at first! I was able to speak to a manager named "Tracy", who claimed that "they needed to send it back to the manufacturer", and couldn't give it away. So... I called Nintendo! XD
When I did, they informed me that essentially, Tracy was lying, or didn't quite know what to do. ^^U Afterwards, I spoke to the people in the electronics department, who kindly held it for me until today, when it was scheduled to come down~! So... It's sitting in my room~!!! : D I've never felt so cool in my life~!
