Description: Arthur is one of the shortest of the students in Hetalia U, standing at about 5'7" despite his older age. His sandy-blonde hair is short and choppy, reaching down to approximately the nape of his neck and his eyes are a narrowed emerald. While on the smaller side, Arthur still holds unexpected strength within his slight muscles. The most notable features of the British male overall is his prominent and thick eyebrows that many people consider as "fighting a war against his face and winning". This is normally the main vocal point of teasing though he normally snaps back that there is nothing wrong with his eyebrows

History: Born in a family of four, not including his parents, Arthur lived in a detached family who all lived in different parts of the United Kingdom. He was never in good relationships with his parents; often feeling left out, and normally ran off from them only to be found again by one of his brothers. He is the youngest of four brothers, who are from the following countries: Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland. It is heard of that Arthur was taking care of a boy named Peter Kirkland, which was assumed to be his younger brother, but the British male grew so irritated with him that he found a way to sell him on Ebay. Luckily enough for Arthur, Berwald Oxenstierna and Tino Väinämöinen decided to buy his youngest brother, which thus got rid of one of the most pestering annoyances in his life. It is still not known how he was legally able to do this

First-person sampleIt was that bloody alarm clock again, what a clichéd way to wake up and start another horrid day with pestering gits at every corner that you turned. Honestly, I would have loved to stay in bed and live my life of seclusion rather than expose myself to more IQ dropping moments. If I was irresponsible and not a gentleman, then I would have done that very exact thing, but I knew how important my education was compared to a wink of sleep. So, regrettably enough, I clambered off the bed and almost instantly I found myself missing the eloquent cries of warmth that the mattress and comforter provided. While he so desired to go back into his dorm room and sneak back into bed so he could keep up his reputation as being the secluded student of Hetalia U, there was something within him that was asking more than that. Running a hand through his messy blond locks, Arthur finally stepped outside of the university and glanced around the campus. It was the usual, other students who were normally younger than him gathered in their large groups as they discussed about what they wanted to do that night. He looked at the artwork lined at the local art gallery with distain as he tried to figure out what the fuck they were actually trying to imply. One artwork was a series of what looked like garbage piled on top of each other and another was what he called piles of shit thrown randomly at a canvas board. He meant it when he said that he had a knack for artwork but there was a line between actual artwork and a compilation of colorful garbage
