Applications
You may apply for your character after you have posted for a reserve, and that reserve has been acknowledged by a mod. If you are accepted, you must play using a character account.
Remember that this is an Alternate Universe setting, and the characters are humans.

STAY IN CHARACTER
This is kind of a given, guys. Don't be wildly OOC and make the character you're playing almost unrecognizable in comparison to their canon counterpart without any explanation whatsoever.
