Weighed this morning, after going to the toilet first but kept on my pjs and the scales said I put on 1lb...not sure if that was fat weight or water but I got so mad I stomped on the floor and started punching my arm in anger and frustration to punish myself for putting on weight. Ugh! I feel like the biggest flump ever! I think I have an alcohol problem! From thursday to Sunday, all I seem to do is drink! I wouldn't mind but it really doesn't make me feel thinner even though I hardly eat when I drink!
