Most likely a solid 3, but the scale doesn't really include straight up pansexual people, so maybe it's irrelevant in The Warden's case. (He thinks labels are petty anyway.)

The way that The Warden is drawn in canon doesn't really give him any noteworthy features other than the gap in his teeth. It's even been said without his trademark suit and kooky personality, he's pretty nondescript actually.
