We have two happy events tomorrow. The first is that tomorrow is the Second Annual "Talk Like A Pirate" Day. Seriously. Enjoy it, people.

I'm back online now. We got our cable modem this afternoon. I've been awake since 4:30 yesterday, so I'll probably be headed to bed soon. But I'll be posting something longer later.

I just wanted to drop a note here explaining why I haven't been on LJ recently, since a lot of people have been asking. I have worked my ass off to avoid seeing anything about X2. Just thought some of the Harry Potter fans I know would be ammused by this.

I finally finished writing up the backstory for my D&D character. Four pages of story, plus five pages of NPC stats, and the character picture. And I went light. Still, it feels nice to finish it.
