I haven't been in a post-y mood over the last few days or weeks... But I think, a proper entry is due since I had an epiphany (!), a new addiction/obsession and a few new opportunities on my job hunting...

Don't feel bad about your SGA obsession. Some of the best people have succumbed :) It's a very addicting show.

I do that, too! This is literally the first time where I HAVE to listen to the commentaries. It made it really hard when I was mainlining Season 1, 2, and half of Season 3 in two weeks (before the S3 mid-season break was over, so I could be caught up) because I was having to spend two hours per episode so that I could watch it through once, then go back and watch it with the commentaries on. But I have to listen to the commentaries because Martin Gero and David Hewlett and Joe Flanigan and Martin Wood and all of them just make the viewing experience so much fun.

@audio commentaries: did that too, but not with every episode. *g*

...and after the extra about the Wraiths ("It's not easy being green"), I couldn't stop saying "Hi James." every time the actor was on screen who played about 80% of the Wraiths. *lol*

BTW, love your "lightbulb moment"-icon... =)

As for the epiphany, congrats to that! I know how you feel. 23 sounds so young, but damn it's not anymore, when you want to have a career before you hit 30. I say go for it, your interest sounds pretty interesting, too! =)

As for Stargate Atlantis, good choice! ;-) And why do you feel stupid about admitting to SGA? I think it's pretty good...well the first two seasons anyways. McKay and Becket will have my devotion, that's for certain! Especially McKay of course! ;-)

@SGA: I adore Beckett's Scottish accent - I could listen to it all day long. And Hewlett is just brilliant as McKay.
(I, myself, have a thing for Sheppard. *gg*)

I'm still undecided whether to order Season 3 that will be released on 10 December (the expensive version *headdesk*) or to wait a little longer until 28 February for the less expensive version. But I think, I'm gonna get me that Season as an early Christmas gift. *gg*
(It's not that I couldn't use that money for my Scotland trip. *hehe*)
