I haven't been in a post-y mood over the last few days or weeks... But I think, a proper entry is due since I had an epiphany (!), a new addiction/obsession and a few new opportunities on my job hunting...

Don't feel bad about your SGA obsession. Some of the best people have succumbed :) It's a very addicting show.

I do that, too! This is literally the first time where I HAVE to listen to the commentaries. It made it really hard when I was mainlining Season 1, 2, and half of Season 3 in two weeks (before the S3 mid-season break was over, so I could be caught up) because I was having to spend two hours per episode so that I could watch it through once, then go back and watch it with the commentaries on. But I have to listen to the commentaries because Martin Gero and David Hewlett and Joe Flanigan and Martin Wood and all of them just make the viewing experience so much fun.

@audio commentaries: did that too, but not with every episode. *g*

...and after the extra about the Wraiths ("It's not easy being green"), I couldn't stop saying "Hi James." every time the actor was on screen who played about 80% of the Wraiths. *lol*

The way you are with James, I am with Bam Bam. It doesn't matter if he's on an episode, in the background from the set, or doing an interview all on his own...I will get excited everytime he shows up.

I run awesomehewletts and I was doing a random LJ search to see if anyone had written up SGA reactions for this week's eps or Miller's Crossing (which is Hewlett-centered), so I happened upon your LJ with the whole SGA keyword thing ;)
