You're welcome. Believe me, from the drummer's line, it was wonderful to watch it all swirl about. What a great symbiotic relationship.

And... whew... such HAWTNESS!

ditto on all of the above. last night was one of the few times i was able to unfocus my eyes and just enjoy the bodies swirling and pulsing in front of me, getting lost in everyone else getting lost in the music.

it was way nice. and the dancers certainly were integral in making it what it was.

It felt cool to be a part of the drummers? Kinda? It was definately different and very enjoyable.

Hey. It was the least I could do. You seemed quite disappointed that you weren't presenting the award. :)

The drumming was indeed great. Next time I think I'll bring some shaker-like stuff of my own, just because the shape of the other one caused it to leave a bruise in my hand. O_o

But Yay! to all the dancers and drummers.

Oh, and there's no "ay" in my name - it's just J. ^_-

hey, it ain't drumming if you ain't in pain the next morning. *grin*

i'll try to bring my maraca (the one that *doesn't* fall apart) with me next time. in its defense, though, that shaker's about 10 years old at this point, and it's been through a lot. it's a rather special shaker. now if only i could get its cover back on...

i'm glad you had fun with it, though. (:
