I don't really understand what Halloween celebrates, but if involves dressing up in costumes, I think I'll enjoy it. I have no idea what to wear, though. For the festival at home my friends usually dressed up along some sort of theme.

That's part of it, as far as I know. Costumes and parties and plenty of sweets--and that's certainly enough for me! But I always have trouble coming up with a costume, too, since I always have to try to pick one that I wouldn't mind being for an evening, if I were to turn into it.
