How does one stop existing?

My dad went into hospice care today, and soon they are taking him off the ventilator.

This wasn't supposed to HAPPEN. His cancer is fucking curable. He's only 71.

Even if he was 171, it'd still be too soon and too hard.

It's the last thing on your mind right now, but are you taking proper care of your physical needs? Are you drinking enough water? It does nothing to help the mental pain, but dehydration makes your eyes and throat feel even worse than they do now.
