~ about a year and a half ago, i watched a korean vlogger use a dark, odd looking cheese on her coffee. o.O she then proceeded to put it on a piece of bread along with apples, crushed nuts, and honey.

+ today i may have made a tasty sourdough cranberry loaf. i haven't cracked into it yet - it's still cooling - but it seems a bit off to me weight-wise. ugh....baking is SO temperamental.
