Tenth Card || Video/Action for anyone in/near Azalea

[ Someone is not remarking on the weather, even if she's noticed that something's rather off about it. Instead, she's just outside of Azalea and working with her lower-leveled Pokémon. Namely her Sandshrew, who's since gotten better, but has now picked up the habit of curling into a ball when she's scared until Asuka picks her up. She doesn't ( Read more... )

Your Duskull doesn't seem to learn, does he?

... Not without me having to resort to discipline, no. [ the Duskull is now affectionately nuzzling her, as she sighs. ] I'm starting to think he'll always have that mischievous streak, though-- so long as he listens to instructions, that's something.

I found that my Gengar and Misdreavus are the same way. They listen very well, but continue to act like fools despite the strength of the discipline I use.

It seems to be something most Ghost-types have in common.

Since ghosts in general are said to be pranksters, I probably should have expected that.

...I really hate this stale air.

[Remarked to no one in particular, even though Yubel is right beside him to hear it. Juudai is checking his gear, and notices Asuka is in a very similar-looking area. So he is kind of subtly heading in that direction!

...Subtly. Totally subtly. Until he runs into Asuka.]

Asukaaaaa!

J-- [ whoa, what the exuberant friend. She's lowering her Sandshrew to the ground to keep her out of the way. ] Juudai! When did you get here?

[Yubel strolls along behind Juudai, a bit amused. Juudai, subtle? Never in her experience. She eyes the girl a little; no threat to her but this is the first time they've really met face to face. Juudai will want her to be nice. She'll try. For him.]

We got here, uh... a few days ago. We rode Flare down Route 32 and then got through Union Cave on foot. Really helps to have a Pokemon that fast, though, hehe!

Hey, I got my first badge, after putting it off for so long! [He digs it out of his bag and twirls it in his fingers proudly.] I've gotta see about getting the second one soon, too.

[pokemon antics are so sweet ;w;] Hehe, well, maybe you should only train one at a time?

I've been doing that up until recently, now that I've got two.

Fu's well-trained, but I have been training them separately.

*Here Asuka, have a Shuppet floating up behind your Sandshrew in an attempt to spook the living daylights out of her. :3a*

[The Professor can't help but chuckle here.]

It seems as if you have quite the handful of ghosts on your team, Miss Tenjoin.

Ah-- [ looking appropriately chagrined. ] I'm sorry about this, Professor.

No need for apologizes, Miss Tenjoin. Ghost Pokemon can be quite troublesome to teach, as I have one myself.

[Y'know, with the "boo!" and the "AHHHHH" and the "kekeke" and the "I think I died of a heart attack" stuff. Tis normal.]

If two is too much for you, perhaps you should only carry one ghost at a time? I have heard that you may place Pokemon in these "boxes" if you have too much.

The storage system? I've heard of it, but I'm still not sure how it works.
