If two is too much for you, perhaps you should only carry one ghost at a time? I have heard that you may place Pokemon in these "boxes" if you have too much.

I am afraid I do not know how it works as well. I have only heard wind of it. The handbook says a little about it, but I am not sure what it means by "computers".
