Today just wasn't my day for piercings....

I messed up twice

The first one wasn't really my fault, the little girl was shaky, crying, and couldn't sit still and when I went to pierce her ear she moved her shoulder (or arm, or something) which caused me to completely miss the mark. Wednesday - I worked 9:30-3, it was my first time opening which wasn't bad at all. It was slow basically the whole day. I pierced a 7 year olds ears and she jumped the 1st time so the earring didn't go through..and she cried and didn't want to get the other ear pierced.I hate when that happens. I can't sleep. My sleeping routine is definitely messed up. I was laying in bed and I remembered that Me and Amber Harrison danced to "Scatman" when we were like 12. I will no longer be dancing to "scatman" in my living room anymore :-(

I can't sleep

I keep thinking about the funny lady who I saw waiting in line for Dragster a few weeks ago. She was singing and dancing to all the songs that kept playing and she was making me laugh. Her kid was looking at her like "omg...please stop".

Now that Lady and the song she was singing the loudest, are stuck in my head

Yesterday- At work I pierced a 62 year olds ears (her 2nd hole). I was nervous cuz it was my first time piercing (both) ears without someone watching me (to make sure I was doing it right). Then I pierced a 6 month olds ears. She started crying when I was cleaning her ears (probibly cuz the cleaning pads are cold) and when I was marking her ears. ( Read more... )
