Sleeping Positions Post C-Section

My incision was horizontal, but I wasn't able to sleep on my side for about a month after my c-section. Over seven months later and I still get uncomfortable at times sleeping on my stomach.

Are you sure the incisions aren't the other way around?

Does the inision hurt, or is it just your muscles? All of your ab muscles are loos so laying on your side could leave your innards poorly supported. You might try side-laying with you belly against a pillow.

FWIW, side-laying never became as comfortable for me, I think simply because my hips were just a teeny bit wider PP, so everything sat slightly differently. I'm years PP and still get back and hip pain if I lay on my side without a pillow between my legs.
