I too got up the courage to watch the video. So cool when baby came out, I watched your whole belly deflate. Haha.

And--good thing you didn't take the Ambien! With my son, my first, I was given Ambien at around midnight so I could get some sleep before we made some decisions about induction. I had Cervadil at the same time so my non-effaced cervix could ripen while I slept. I woke up about 2 hours later *heavily* hallucinating, almost in transition. My son was born at 7:15, but interrupted Ambien sleep for the first couple hours was like tripping on acid while in heavy labor. I'm surprised they *ever* give this to women in early labor situations, because it was terrifying and devastating.
