You're thinking of entry 3368 Pottersues which is called "Harry Potter, Prince of Arendale". In this case it's actually Draco instead of Harry. The story is still pretty bad for the same reasons.

The characterization on this one is awful, and add to this the fact Draco shouldn't be able to get up to the girl's common room because of the spell the founder placed on them. The Riddle family is also not a Royal family either, and I wish writers would stop treating them as if they were.
