0022: A Second Glance - Lily and Serenia Evans

Apr 26, 2003 21:17

You know, this is really starting to depress me... I had been under the naive assumption that finding truly horrible sues would be at least something of a challenge... but no, I just bring up the Harry Potter section at the Pit of Voles, and there they are, staring me in the face on the front page.

Today, we have a truly bizarre Lily-Sue.

They're Siamese twins! My evidence?
They were both tall with long, long legs, a tiny waist, and was outrageously curved.

>>"How about as a fat, shy, know-it-all, bookworms. No body likes those types of people." She replied getting out the materials.<<

On behalf of the 'fat, shy, know-it-all, bookworms who nobody likes' I would recommend that these Sues be hung by their 'fuckin wings' and beaten with a two-by-four wrapped in razor wire, while having camel spiders and scorpions put in thier hair, while thier '
fuckin wings' are chopped off and roasted with a rich honey-glaze.

I second that motion. Except I would like for there to be a lot more grinding of pins through eyeballs, carving out and artistic arrangement of intenstines, and application of hot coals to sensitive areas of the skin.

>>Revenge of the nerds!>>

Yup! We nerds can be just as violent and dangerous as non-nerds. Plus we're more creative about it and know how to get away with it.

"Great massive torrents of hair went down their backs while natural curls tickled the tops of their thighs"

*giggles* Oh god. So they use Bed Heads Pubic Curl?

Surely this is some sort of parody? Nobody could write this rubbish seriously. I bet when Lily finally has Harry (probably levitating him through her glowing belly by magic so she doesn't go through the indignity of childbirth and mess up the 'natural curls' and possibly accompaned by a Suetus twin sister) the scene with Voldermort will actually be a huge fight. In which the Sue, and not Lily's love and self-sacrifice, defeat Voldemort by using such power she is made a god and has to go off for god training. Only to return when Harry is 15 so she can get together with Remus.

*snerks*

I'm thinking Serena might turn out to be an Evil-Sue though.

I think I died. I happened to be drinking when I read 'Bed Heads Pubic Curl' and I choked. I've died and I blame you. :)
That sentence is just calling for it though.
Serena being evil and betraying Lily so they both die? Interesting, I like that idea.
Considering Remus/Tonks is my OTP, I would have to say 'Back off Serena-Sue! Stay away from canon characters! Go and find some remote island and a fellow Sue for you to have creepy, perfect babies which don't ever cry (ZOMG Renesesme) with.

What is it with Sues named Serena anyhow? I've seen at least four of 'em! Two of them were Harry's twin! Are all Sue writers Sailor Moon fans? ... that might explain a bit.

Nah, not all of us. There are some batshit people in our fandom, though.
