That would actually be legal with a well-placed S.

'"Cool!" Said Molly. So Molly tried it'

Hey, look, a lot of people are going through the platform! I think I'll try it, just for the heck of it! Wheeeeee!

Just... so much wrongness.

Doesn't this 16yo 5'11" girl have her own school to go to? Do her parents mind her getting on strange trains and going into the middle of nowhere for an "alternate" education?

We missed out on the sorting hat becoming confused by her squib-yet-seerness. Kinda glossed over that bit, and the bit where she actually has to purchase anything, and the bit where any of it was at all logical.

Is an alternate education the one you get before leading an alternate lifestyle?

I thought the two kinda went hand-in-hand.

Is this the part where slashers unite?

It's probably as well that we missed the bit about purchasing anything.

;_; The fact that almost none of these author's can make an actual, by-the-book squib makes me sad.

But I suppose... that a Sue can never truly be a squib. The monster will always have some sort of power/massive male following that makes her speh-shull and different from the rest of the NORMAL non-magic folk.

They should have a rule for Sues or something:

Either super-wowie-powers or a ridiculous name. It can only be one or the other. You can't have both. It's cheating, loves.

I'm waiting for the squib!sue that gets bitten by a radioactive moth, giving her magical, super-hero powers. By day, she attends Howarts and by night she nances around the Scottish mountains in skin-tight, lycra costume and silly mask, with a stupid name like "Butterfly Girl", when she's blatantly a mutant moth-creature, and will be magnetically attracted to lights and..

...yeah, I'll stop now.

"This is a School?" Molly was amazed.

"Yes a school for witches and wizards...."

"There is no such thing as a witch or wizard or anything!"

"Well at least go to bed.Ok?"

This is, in my unimportant n00bish opinion, the worst thing in here.

"There is no such thing as a witch or wizard or anything!"

Anything? Like cats, or the sky, or cheese? Those don't exist either? Silly me...

And then the reply: "Well at least go to bed.Ok?"

Just hypothetically (I know I misspelled that), say you somehow got whisked off to Hogwarts or some such place, away from your family, friends, and basically everything you know. Are you going to obey if someone gives you a reply like that? It would have been more logical for her to whine about it, or start screaming, though I'm sort of glad she didn't...

Oh, and by the way, I'm new. *waves* I love you all, if only for your icons, and would like to politely request to be a minion as well! Of course, you can tell me to get lost, that's good too.

As the "go to bed", that's not as bad as Dumbledore's telling an adopted girl that it's quite alright to leave the parents behind with no notice whatsoever.

What?! Then what the hell have I been eating in my sandwiches?!

Your vivid imagination. And sandwiches don't exist either.
