One grudging point for being upfront about "snatching up" special abilities.

Negative ten bazillion for this. Most of the DMs I know wouldn't tolerate this kind of Munchin min-maxing. More than one of them would also take the abilities as a blatant challenge and make sure that whatever he ran into would JUST SO HAPPEN to perfectly counter whatever he chose.
Then again, most of the DMs I know consider the game about storytelling, not the players killing everything they come across for the lulz.

My brother throws a fit at the very idea of allowing such abilities into an RP he did, and actually found himself doing this to his friend's evil Gary Stu - that is also posted to the net as I made the mistake of answering our friend's question on what I was doing - fanfic stuff, and he instantly thought it was a great way to share his amazing character to the entire world. I eventually got through to him when I shared with him an article on Bella Swan being a Mary Sue, as he liked the series, and then he asked if was alright to still like Twilight, and I said of course - you can still like something despite the fact it's not realistic.

You can't grab the Wandless Magic ability because THERE IS NO WANDLESS MAGIC ABILITY. *facepalm* Animagus and Occlumency take WORK, they're not inborn talents. And there is DEFINITELY no such thing as a Technomage.

Metamorphamagus, even though it's the actual spelling, will never look or sound right to me. I always want to drop the third M, making it Metamorphagus.

These last two entries seem to be labeled in the 2000s instead of the 3000s, was that intentional?

That was accidental on my part, the 2000's instead of the 3000's.

There is a thing called wandless magic. J. K. has shown it many times in her books. There is even a school that teaches wandless magic. For more reference check the Harry Potter Wikipedia.

True, but one can say that canon wandless magic and fanon wandless magic are two different things. Rowling makes it clear that being able to do wandless magic is a sign of major control in a particular area, while fanon tends to make it out as some rare trait that is naturally born into the wizard - which can pretty much be summed up as "they don't have to work for it".
