petaQ: Klingon word that more or less translates to "dishonorable dipshit." It can also imply "idiotic dipshit", "annoying dipshit", or any other species or variety of dipshit that floats your boat. Or sinks it.

Oh, how I have missed your rants!

And this was a great use of the prompt-- both of its meaning, and as a tie-in to fandom misbehavers who make life unpleasant for other fans.

Mr. Burns as any kind of Peacekeeper (I don't care that it's canon!) is just so wrong...
