[Black storm clouds roll in from the ocean, painting the sky ominously dark, even though it's the middle of the day. Lightning arches between clouds as the ocean churns from the winds

[Well, well, well. Looks like Nascour isn't the only Cipher admin on the island. How unfortunate.
This older and much stronger Wes will just approach calmly, giving a small smirk to his old enemy. Though on the inside, he's a little pissed, especially since it looks like he's going to have to deal with the whole Shadow Pokémon thing all over again.]
Oh yes, much. [He answers before turning to the older Wes. Honestly, he's not surprised in the least. He's confident that his newest Shadow Pokemon could easily defeat anything anyone could throw at him. It's his latest masterpiece, after all. Those tornadoes continue toward the shore, their master flying between them and shrieking occasionally.]
[Wes takes a moment to observe that Rayquaza. There's something off about it, other than the fact that it's black, but he can't put his finger on it... Oh well, he plans on snagging it nevertheless.
Does he even have a Pokémon that has even the slightest chance of standing up to that thing? Yes, but he'd rather not use it. Maybe if he absolutely has to...]
Well that's a shame, because I'm going to have to ruin your fun now.
[He grabs two Poké Balls from his belt. This is going to be risky, but hey, Wes is all about taking risks. Out of the balls emerge his Umbreon and Ho-oh. It seems they already know what to do, as Orpheus hops onto Phoenix's back and they fly toward the Shiny Rayquaza.]
[Except she showed no fear to the Shadow Rayquaza. She almost...looked at it hungrily.]
He wasn't kidding when he said Shadow Pokemon had immense power. Do you know him? Long purple hair, creepy demeanor? He told me he wanted me to become like that - a Shadow Pokemon.
[He looks at her and snarls, failing to recognize her. With a snap of his teeth in her direction, lights flash in front of her eyes as he uses Shadow Panic.]
[Dawn recognizes him from her time as a Celebi - which had been fun, him attacking her notwithstanding - and boy oh boy, is she not happy to see him again.
[Deciding to be on the safe side, she releases Garchomp, just in case whatever is in that cloud is as unfriendly as it looks. It goes without saying the landshark doesn't like the look of this either.]
[It's not normally so vicious, but becoming a shadow has changed that rather dramatically. Either way, you aren't bothering Ein or Ziz, so you're fine for now.]
[Rui is just walking along the beach when the storm rolls in. She stops, looking up curiously.
As she stares up, the smile falls from her face, and her eyes widen. There's that shadowy aura everywhere in those clouds, looming and impenetrable and undeniably malicious - and when the tornadoes drop, her heart freezes.]

[Akira was very interested now. She wasn't even mad about him waking her up on the beach.]
