After a bit of deliberation I decided to get another guinea pig. I was thinking of adopting one from the humane society, however the one guinea pig they had was gone last time I checked. So I bought a baby one from the pet store.

el hubs and i had hammies..we raised a few of them from birth to death...sweetest things ever...i havent been able to talk him into letting me have another yet though

I like hamsters too. I had two of them growing up. They were the gentlest ones I ever knew. Now I'm kind of nervous around them, afraid of being bitten.
