I'm glad you like Clark in this one. Sometimes I take him in a different direction than the show did. Anyway, I just posted chapter 8 of this one, and I've started editing chapter 9. Sorry it took so long. I moved and started a new job, so life has been crazy lately.

You know when you have read so many chlollie fanfics that you can already know how the story plays out but this chapter i was completely floored. Chloe's reaction, then oliver and even clark was revelatory for me since it wasnt the norm in fanfics. Their reaction is a bit refreshing here while still making it familiar. Now, im ready to read the next chapter and i hope oliver will get his own medicine for his actions.

ok ok something told me that there'll be a payback from what happened in SCity but hey i found Oliver a bit cruel !!! i must say i was a little mad at Clark but after what he'd done after he saw his best friend's pain i think Oliver deserved that 'fist' on this face lolll i was so sure Clark will him that Chloe is his best friend, like a sister just that Oliver would fell guilty lolll but i trust you and cant wait to read the update :) well done ;) please, dont wait to long for the next chapt ;)

I feel like I owe the readers a big apology for the wait :( I moved and started a new job, so things got hectic for a while. But I'm trying to get back on track. I just posted chapter 8, and I'm editing 9 now. The misunderstandings will be cleared up in the next chapter, and we got some resolution on other plot points as well.
