House Progress
I have been keeping up the various blogs, each with a different purpose. It's funny, but there's a "friends and family" blog with pictures of the house as it is being brought to life. I have my general blog on Yahoo360, as well, where I have posted bits and pieces about the house ( Read more... ) -

Minor Things
I'll post more to my "main" blog, but I just hate it when minor things go wrong and cause stress. Stupid things leave me really annoyed for hours or even days. Uhg.
Getting ready to move won't help that one bit. -
Research Grant
Today I received some great news: a grant to continue my research on autism and education. I'll be putting together the IRB (institutional review board) paperwork over the next two weeks, then I will be asking for interview volunteers. Until then, I am posting my research proposal:

My 'Other' Blog
I am keeping my other blog up-to-date. It's a new effort and certain to offend some people. I'm hoping people understand that I am never trying to downplay the seriousness of being diagnoses with an autism spectrum disorder. Why I am Here
I have a blog elsewhere, but I wanted to find something approximating a community of people with experiences similar to mine. I have no idea what I will find here or how it will help. I realize that what I write online is forever, so I have some concerns with writing too much. Still, I have a compulsion to write and chat -- to express myself. ( Read more... ) -
A Test: Everybody Posts One
I think one must be obligated to post an initial test entry. I could ramble about many things, which is certainly a problem in real life, or I could sit silently while trying to learn how people interact here. I think, for now at least, I prefer to skim the communities and learn about the residents of this virtual world.
